Obituary of Ethel Russell

" Ethel F.(LaDue) Russell, 78, of Crawford St. in the Bondsville section of Palmer died June 2 at home. Born in Springfield, she lived in Enfield,CT before moving to the Palmer area in 1983. She and her daughter Jean Phelps, co-owned and operated the Magic Touch Pet Grooming Salon in Palmer, formerly Top Knot Dog Grooming in Belchertown and Palmer, and had been a professional groomer for over 30 years. She was a communicant of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Palmer. She is survived by 2 sons, Edward Pelletier of Alpine, CA and Hector Pelletier off Fontana, CA, 5 daughters Estelle Pelletier and Shirley Burr both of Springifeld, Carol Taylor of Holly Hills, FL, Jean Phelps of Bondsville, Lisa Kennedy of Belchertown, a brother Harvey LaDue of Springfield, 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Richard H. Pelletier who died in February in SanDiego, CA. The family requests that donations be made in her memory to Quaboag Valley Hospice, 103 Fairview St., Palmer MA, 01069."
