I grew up across the street from Phil and I bought his newspaper route from him. That was during the 1950's. Phil was a great guy, who always remembered to say "Hello," to everyone he knew and to some he didn't know. I will miss him and our shared memories of the old neighborhood.

Our sincere sympathy to Phil's family. From being one of his high school classmates, then a pen pal when he was in the service, and throughout his lifetime , Phil and I remained friends...Phil was a spirited man who loved life and enjoyed people. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time. Bob & Marie Lemoine
