Obituary of Frances B. Morse

Hampden - Frances B. (Farina) Morse, 91,  passed away March 8, 2020.   She was born on May 22, 1928 in Pittsfield, MA to Rocco and Fortunata (Diacco) Farina.  Frances has lived in Hampden since 1954 and was a member of St. Mary's Church.  She worked as a crossing guard for many years at Green Meadow School.    Frances was a New York Yankees fan, she loved playing cards and going to the casino. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Irving Morse, Sr., of Hampden and children Irving Morse, Jr of Hampden and Pamela Vadnais (Andre) of Ludlow.  She will also be missed by 4 grandchildren, Chad (Molly), Samuel, Drew (Tianna) and Madison, 5 great grandchildren Dustin, Anthony, Adam, Seth Patrick and  Kaycee.   Calling hours are Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 4-6:00 p.m at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home.   A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Mary's Church in Hampden.  Please meet directly at the church.   Burial will follow in Old Cemetery.  Donation may be made in her memory to Hampden Senior Center.  For more information, visit www.beersnadstory.com
