Obituary of Laura P. Cotter

South Hadley- Laura P. Cotter, 63, passed away with family by her side on April 19th, 2020. She was born October 2nd, 1956 to Richard and Rosalie (O’Connell) Cotter. Laura gradated from South Hadley High School in 1974. Laura’s passion for cooking turned into a career as an Executive Chef. Besides cooking she loved attending live concerts with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by her son Justin Consolini of Springfield, daughter Lena Quinn and husband Ryan of Hamilton and grandchildren Thomas and Virginia Quinn. She is survived by her brother, Michael Cotter and his wife Maureen of Holyoke, and sisters, Judith Cotter of Cape Coral, FL and Mary Roberge of Chicopee; many nieces and nephews. Donations may be made in her name to the Mass General Cancer Center.
