Obituary of Lea B. Kelly

Lea Blanche (Boucher) Kelly of South Hadley, passed away peacefully at home on May 2, 2020 with her loving family by her side. Born on February 26, 1929 in Holyoke to the late Charles and Leontine (Lemelin) Boucher, she graduated from Holyoke High School in 1948. She was a book keeper for many years and retired from Hawthorn Services. She was a third order Franciscan for many years and a faithful parishioner at St. Patrick's Parish. Lea was an avid member of the Red Hats and resided at Hubert Place in South Hadley where she had many loving friends. Lea will be missed by all who knew her, including her loving daughter Mary Kelly of Granby; her sons Kenneth Kelly and wife Tina of CT, Kevin Kelly and wife, Sue of Granby, Frank Kelly and wife, Cindy of CA, and Daniel Kelly of South Hadley; her cherished grandchildren Monique, Kason, Jen, Shawn, Lea, Sean, Joe, Nicole, Jessica, and Dylan; 10 great grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Lea is predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Walsh, and her brother, Roger Boucher.  Immediate services for Lea will be private and at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
