Obituary of Carol Mastriani

Carol Mastriani, 78, of Monson, passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 13, 2020 at her home. She was born on January 13, 1942 in Waterbury, Connecticut to the late James and Helen (Chavanick) McDonald.

Carol (Nana) loved spending time with her husband Nick and all her children and grandchildren.  She enjoyed afternoon lunches, playing keno and the time she spent with each of her children and grandchildren.  She was a wife, mother, and grandmother and the glue that kept the family together.  Not a day went by that she did not touch the lives of her family.

Carol will be missed by all who knew her, including her loving husband, Nick Mastriani, Jr; her four sons,Vincent Mastriani and his wife Donna of Three Rivers, Nick Mastriani III and his wife Jacqui of Palmer, Mike Mastriani and his wife Rayna of Three Rivers, and Raymond Mastriani and wife Erica of Bridgewater, MA; her two brothers Bob McDonald of Texas and Tony Chavanick of CT; and her twelve grandchildren Taylor, Madison, Kennedy, Nick, Amy, Jenna, Heather, Michael, Ryan, Isabella, James, and Anthony; great grandchildren Conor, Cian, Noah, and Able, as well as many extended family members and friends. Services for Carol will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Visiting Nurses
