Obituary of Patrick E. McGrath

Patrick E. McGrath, 59,  a resident of Chicopee for over 16 years, died June 15, 2020. He was born on April 18, 1961 in Palmer, MA to George and Irene (Vadnais) McGrath.  Patrick was a Palmer High School graduate.  He was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan as well as enjoyed fly fishing.  He is survived by his six siblings, Linda Szalkucki of Madison, WI, Katherine O'Brien of Granby, Mary Ellen Bouvier of Spanish Fort AL, Michael McGrath of Savannah, TX,  James McGrath of Enfield, CT and Christine Regan of Chicopee.  He also leaves his stepson, Joshua Morin of Chesapeake, VA, longtime friend Shirley Archambault and many nieces and nephews.  Patrick loved his dogs and will be missed by Radar and Rocket.  Services will be conducted by Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home at a future date to be determined by the family.
