Obituary of Ann M. Royal

Granby-Ann M. Royal, 54, passed away at home on Thursday, August 6, 2020.

Daughter of Robert and Lela (Bass) Royal, she was born in Holyoke, MA on May 18, 1966.  She was a lifelong resident of Granby and graduated from Granby High and Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Ct.  Ann was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and sang in the choir for many years. She was a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts. She had many passion and interests from her business, Royal Genealogy Enterprises to knitting (in the footsteps of her Nana). Ann will be missed by her parents, Robert and Lela Royal; her sister, Tamara Royal, all of Granby and cousins, Richard and Allan Royal and their families.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 1:30pm-3:00pm followed by a prayer service at 3:00 p.m. at Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home, PLEASE NO FLOWERS.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
