Obituary of Frederick J. Gagnon, Sr.

Frederick J. Gagnon, Sr., 79, passed away on March 16, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Dec. 14, 1941 in Holyoke, Ma. Fred was raised in Greenfield and lived most of his life in Chicopee. He was a Friend of Bills celebrating 49 years of sobriety in December. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid fan of the Springfield Falcons, Boston Bruins, New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. He will be dearly missed by his four children, Frederick Jr, Kelley, William and Adam. His 6 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and 6 Siblings Lillian, Chris, Kenny, Frank, Roland, and Dotty. He was also preceded by 7 Siblings Ron, Harold, Eugene, Kenny, Florence, Leroy, and Leo. Calling hours will be held Friday, Mar. 19th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home.  Burial is at the convenience of the family.
