Obituary of Jason Edward Zolendziewski

Jason Edward Zolendziewski, 37, of Belchertown, Massachusetts passed away April 14, 2021 as the result of a tragic motorcycle accident.  He was born on November 21, 1983 in Holyoke, Massachusetts to James and Julie (Sawyer) Zolendziewski of Belchertown.  As a child, Jason lived in Springfield and then moved to Belchertown where he graduated from Belchertown High School.  He was employed by South Point Apartments in Amherst where he worked in maintenance.  Previously he worked as a caretaker for a group home, a job that brought him much joy.  Jason had a passion for cars and Jeeps and was very mechanically inclined.  He had a soft spot for animals, and he was a very kind and thoughtful man, always willing to lend a hand to family, friends or strangers.  Above everything else in life, Jason adored spending time with his daughter, Jamie, taking her fishing, hiking, and to the beach.  Jason is survived by his loving parents, Jim and Julie, his precious daughter, Jamie, his younger brother, Mark and his wife Lindsay, along with his three nephews, Landon, Paxton and Nolan of Johnstown, Ohio.  He also leaves his girlfriend, Leah Robertson of Belchertown and many friends.   Walk through visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home.   In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been set up for Jamie Lynn Zolendziewski, c/o Country Bank 21 N. Main St., Belchertown, MA 01007.
