Obituary of Ronald Theroux

Ronald "Ronnie" J. Theroux, 68, of West Suffield, CT passed away August 10, 2021. He was born on July 20, 1953 in Holyoke to the late Armand and Doris (Rivers) Theroux. Ronnie was formerly employed at Mark's Auto Parts in East Granby, CT before retiring in 2018. Ronnie loved participating in family gatherings and was the official family Chronicler. He had a great passion for cars, working with them both professionally and in his leisure. Since 1974, Ronnie had been working on "The Camaro" which is well known by almost everyone in his life. He enjoyed going to car shows and creating compilation videos of all the cars he video taped while there. Turning this passion into a business, Ronnie became the owner of Classics Unlimited Videos and began selling these compilations online. He was a life long coin collector and an avid die cast car collector. Besides his parents, Ronnie was predeceased by his brother Pete Theroux. He leaves his siblings, Carl Cierpial and wife Diane, Patricia Bock, Irene Theroux, William Theroux and wife Heidi, Lisa Greene and husband Shawn, and Janet Zajac. He also leaves several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. A calling hour will be held on October 16th from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with a Memorial Service to begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow in South Cemetery.
