Obituary of Carol Anne Pari

Palmer--Carol Anne (Gilman) Pari, 57, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Sixteen Acres Healthcare Center in Springfield after a courageous battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Edward and Irene (Goodreau) Gilman, she was born in Palmer on December 30, 1964. Carol worked for many years as a treasury consultant for Mass Mutual in Springfield for over 10 years.

Carol enjoyed putting together her family tree and spent countless hours on Ancestry. Above all, Carol loved spending time with her family, especially yearly vacations in the Outer Banks.

Carol will be dearly missed by all who knew her, including her two daughters, Jennifer and Lauren Pari, both of Palmer; her 7 siblings, George (Cathy) Gilman of Norwell, Ellen (Ken) McKenzie of Easthampton, Patricia (Raymond) Sullivan of Bondsville, Richard (Leslie) Gilman of Newport, RI, Mary (Michael) Biron of Ware, Barbara White of Palmer, and Brian (Denise) Gilman of Middleborough; as well as many extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother-in-law, Steven White, in 2021.

The family will receive friends at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N Main St, on Saturday, January 15, 2022 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM. A funeral home service will begin at 12:00pm followed by Rites of Committal and Interment in St. Thomas Cemetery.
