Obituary of Doris I. Tenczar

Doris Irene Tenczar (81) passed away peacefully on June 23, 2022 with her family by her side. Doris was born in Fall River, MA to Raymond and Emelda Bertrand. She is predeceased by her sister, Evelyn and brother, Raymond.

    Doris co-owned and managed the Four Corners Service Station (On the Hill, But On The Level) in Three Rivers, MA with her husband, Richard Tenczar for more than twenty years. Doris (“Dot”) was first and foremost a loving wife and mother.  Doris had a contagious laugh and an infectious smile.  

   She leaves her devoted husband of 58 years, Richard Tenczar. Their extraordinary love for one another was felt and admired by their family and friends. Doris leaves her eldest son, Richard and his wife Sharon of Canton, CT, her middle son, Robert and his wife Jen of Sammamish,  WA, and her youngest son, Raymond and his wife Abbey of Easthampton, MA. Doris loved and cherished her grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Andrew, Sam, Dylan and Sophie.

Visitation will be held at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N Main St on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 from 9:00a.m. to 10:30a.m.  A Mass will immediately follow at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Palmer beginning at 11:00a.m.
