Obituary of Eileen C. Plante

Granby- Eileen C. (Sullivan) Plante, 90, passed away June 29, 2022. She was born on November 22, 1931 in Springfield. Eileen was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Plante Jr., in 2021. She will be greatly missed by her children, Mark (Diane) Plante, Lisa (Albert) Liquori, and David Plante; sisters, Mary Foley of Springfield and Elizabeth Tarozzi of Carmel Valley, CA; sister-in-laws, Lorraine Lambert, Dorothy Plante, and Pamela Spear; grandchildren, Brian, Elizabeth, and Joseph; and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on July 7th from 11:00am-12:30pm with a service to begin at 12:30 at the Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the MA Veterans' Cemetery in Agawam at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Eileen's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital by visiting www.stjude.org.
