My family and i moved in next door to Julia in 2010. Before we even started unloading our belongings she came over and introduced herself. She made us feel very welcome. She always had a big smile and the latest neighborhood news for us. We have missed having her around the neighborhood and feel very lucky to have known her. Rest in peace sweet lady.
