Obituary of William P. Carter

Bondsville- William P. Carter, lovingly known as Bill, passed away unexpectedly on August 8, 2022. He was 71 years old. Bill was born on December 21, 1950 in Springfield to the late James F. and Claire (Barber) Carter and proudly served his country in the Vietnam War as a United States Marine. After his honorable discharge, Bill worked as a construction worker for the Central Vermont Rail Road Company. He loved all animals and was a fan of the New England Patriots. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, James and Claire Carter, and leaves his only sister, Sandra Carter. A graveside service will be held on August 18, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in Four Corners Cemetery in Palmer.
