Obituary of Linda J. Pronowicz

Granby-Linda J. (Reed) Pronowicz, 79, passed away at her home on September 6, 2022. She was born April 28, 1943, daughter of Marion (Kane) and Norman H. Reed. Linda grew up in South Hadley and has lived in Granby since 1982. She worked as an RN in both the hospital setting as well as private care. She then went on to be the office manager for her husband's physical therapy practice. Linda's adventurous spirit always had her trying new things and enjoying time sailing, water skiing, four wheeling, and snow skiing. She could often be seen on her jet ski, on the Connecticut River, and enjoyed owning, riding, driving, and showing her Morgan horses for many years. Her creative side was portrayed in her painting and stained glass and she kept very busy with activities such as golf, country western line dancing and tennis. She loved time spent on Cape Cod, most especially Chatham and South Beach. Linda will be dearly missed by her husband, Dennis R. Pronowicz along with their children, Keith Pronowicz and his wife Michelle of Chicopee, Kylee Shepard and her husband Shawn of Granby, and Amy Cauley and her husband Tim of Granby along with her dear grandchildren that lovingly called her "Yadie", Taylor, Olivia, Isabelle, Jordyn, Shane and Ryleigh as well as her sister, Donna Smith and her good friends Patricia and Paul Bouthiller. Services will be private for the family and Beers & Story South Hadley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
