



Obituary of Robert E. Holleran
W. Warren- Robert "Bob" E. Holleran, 57, passed away suddenly on September 4, 2022. He was born on January 10, 1965 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Joseph J. Holleran, Jr., and Ursela (Smolibowski) Meech. Bob proudly served his country in the USMC as a Corporal during the Desert Storm Era. Following his honorable discharge from the Marines, he was employed as a cell phone technician for almost 20 years before his retirement. Bob enjoyed spending time in the woods, fishing, gardening, and coin collecting; but most of all, he loved his family, friends, and his cats.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Ursela (Smolibowski) Meech; father-in-law, Frederick Dubois; son, Nicolaos A. Dubois; and nephew, Joseph J. Holleran.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Deborah Dubois; father, Joseph Holleran, Jr.; step-son, Nate Dubois; brother, Joseph J. Holleran III and his fiance, Liz Lewis; sister-in-laws, Kimberly Talbot and Suzanne Dubois; mother-in-law, Louise Dubois; nephews, Jacob and Noah Talbot, and Matt Holleran; niece, Rhyannan Holleran; daughter, Juanita Amspacker, and her children, Alexis Russo and Aidan Amspacker; daughter, Brandy Brant and her husband, Shane, and their son, Michael Brant; as well as one aunt and three uncles. He is also survived by many fellow veterans' and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sept. 17th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. with shared personal reflections to begin at 4:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Bob will be laid to rest in Bourne National Cemetery.
