I am saddened by the news of Norms passing. I knew Norm when he was the Town Administrator in South Hadley and I was the Town Administrator in Yarmouth, MA . We had a Western Mass connection as my in-laws lived in Holyoke and one of my wife's best friends husband, Richy Kelley, went to school with Norm. He was a smart administrator with an infectious laugh and he will be missed.
