Obituary of Lisa M. Guzik

Bondsville- Lisa M. Guzik, 51, passed away October 19, 2022 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born on September 23, 1971 in Ware to Frederick J. and Wanda L. (Greenough) Guzik. Lisa was previously employed at Walmart as a Clerk for 29 years, but her true passion was crafting and selling her dolls and other miscellaneous items at the local flea markets. She loved the beach and traveling with her friends to destinations like the Cayman Islands, Las Vegas, and Florida. Lisa also enjoyed spending time with her family. She liked to gamble and play cards, and cherished her weekly card games with her family. Lisa will be dearly missed by her parents, Fred and Wanda Guzik; brother, Shawn Guzik of Tilton, NH; aunts, Carol Cavanaugh and Jennie Baldyga; uncles, Michael and Richard Guzik; and friends, Cathy and Jim Zerra, and Donna Little, with whom she enjoyed traveling. A period of visitation will be held on Oct. 26, 2022 from 8:30-9:30am at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am at Divine Mercy Parish in Three Rivers. Burial will immediately follow in St.s Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lisa's name can be made to either Dana Farber (www.dana-farber.org) or St. Jude Children's Hospital (www.stjude.org).
