Dear Jen, Ian and Zach,
We are so sorry to hear about Norm. He was always smiling and full of good humor, and we have many fond memories of him, including some of your legendary Halloween parties. You have our most sincere condolences, and hopefully you can take some comfort in knowing he will be well remembered.
