Obituary of Clothilda "Claudette" S. Tomaszewski

Bondsville-Clothilda S. (Pobieglo) Tomaszewski, 97, passed away at her home on November 10, 2022.  Born January 19, 1925 in Palmer, she was the daughter of John and Josephine (Janos) Pobieglo.  Claudette grew up in Three Rivers and lived most of her life in Bondsville, while being an was an active member of Divine Mercy Parish.  Clothilda was very outgoing, social, had a great sense of humor and neighborly.  She took great pride in tending to her gardens, yard and home.  Honoring her polish heritage, Clothilda loved to dance to Polka music and her family treasures her recipe for the best golumpkis.  Her memory will be cherished by her family; her three children, Cynthia Lloyd of Monson, Joseph D. Tomaszewski of Ware and Frank Tomaszewski of Monson along with her sister, Anna Irene Perlik.  She will also be dearly missed by her three grandchildren, Deborah McNaughton and husband Paul, Peter Lloyd, Jr, Shawn Lloyd and wife Leslie, as well as great grandchildren, Shea, Tagan, Brennan, Autumn, Tyler, Tanisha, Treyana, Desiree, Shawn Jr and two great great grandchildren, Gavin and Veda.  Visitation will be held Friday November 18th from 4-7 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home.  Friends and family may gather at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home to join in procession to Divine Mercy Parish at 10 a.m. with burial in the Sts Peter & Paul Cemetery.  For those wishing, donations may be made to Divine Mercy Parish.  Please visit www.beersandstory.com
