Obituary of Dianne R. Hammond

Palmer-Dianne R. Hammond, 73, passed away May 22, 2023. Born in Springfield on February 3, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Colby C. and Rita L. (Girard) Hammond. Dianne was a lifelong resident of Palmer and will be dearly missed by her family. She is survived by her sister, Linda Stantos and her husband, Ron of the Villages, FL, her brother, Dennis Hammond and his significant other, Debi James of Georgia and Florida as well as many nieces and nephews along with extended family. Visitation will be Friday, May 26 from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home with a celebration of life to begin at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to New England Hospice, 190 Old Derby St., Suite 304, Hingham, MA 02043 for their exceptional care and compassion.
