He enjoyed the Jeff Holmes Band and Dave Sporney's Band, and he would go wherever they were playing. He also found pleasure in the calm of the outdoors fishing and waiting for the next bite. Dave also had quite the collection of used stamps that filled many closet and cabinet spaces in his home.
Besides his parents, Dave was predeceased by his aunts and uncle-in-law, Emily Kaczowka, Wanda Sniezyk and her husband Joseph, and Stella Tetrault and her husband Arthur.
