Mike and I became friends working together over a period of approximately 17-years,me as the Estimator/ Project Manager and Mike as the Foreman Electrician. Not only was he a talented & capable Foreman but he was always quick with a joke.If I had a difficult or impossible project to do I always thought of Mike because I knew he would get the job done and make money. He was certainly one of a kind and impossible to replace.Wherever you are Mike,I know you are making them laugh.

I find it hard to express the feeling of emptiness left by Kermit's passing. I was always amazed at the inner strenght that he demonstrated in the later years. His love of his family, life, and the people around him was always evident. I'll always remember the twinkle in his eyes and his ability to laugh no matter how tough the situation. I'll miss you, Pep.

Marie, Tina, KJ, and Kids, We have thought a lot about Pep, and the wonderful memories we have of him. The thing that stands out the most, his laugh. Pep loved life, and it showed so much through his laughter. We will never forget that twinkle in his blue eyes when he was teasing, or how he would shake his head when Bob and KJ would blow by him on their bikes. Pep got so much joy from his family, and he was such a proud man, we were so lucky to know him. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all, Pep will be deeply missed by all of us who knew him. Love, Bob, Kim and Hunter

Dear Mem, K.J., Tina and Kids, Pep was a wonderful man, devoted husband and father and a great friend. What fun memories we have with him! Hikes in the Quabbin, Council Fires, many adventures on our Harleys (from the Berkshires to the White Mountains), and don't forget shots of Tequila and garlic sandwiches at the lake! We had lots of laughs. He will be missed, but always in our hearts. It's a comfort to know that he is at peace, with the wind in his hair and the sun on his face...till we see him again.
