An old friend who will be deeply missed, but remain in memories forever. A great hunter and a fisherman. Always willing to fix cars and help others. He was a great friend to everyone and will be greatly missed by all. A lifetime resident of Amherst, many friends of Amherst will always remember him. He lived a humble and simple life. God Bless and forever in memories.

Hubert, I will always remember meeting you when Mike and I were going out with each other; you made me feel comfortable at a time when I wasn't really even comfortable with myself. I remember going to visit you with Mike when Becky and Suzy were little, and later, you and Arlene coming to visit us in Fitchburg. I'm glad your suffering is over, but sad that you had to go so soon.

So many childhood memories...running and laughing, playing kickball and softball, the beagle dog, the cow pastures before the Jr. High or Wildwood for sledding and tumbling down the hills, listening to Beatles records on the front porch of the Costigan home. We had so much fun! Play on Hubert in the field of dreams!
