Everyone that knew Shannon knows God called an Angel home. Even my son Dan, who met Shannon only a month ago told me she was special to God and he wanted her with him. She was the most loving, giving and understanding person I knew and I will always keep her in my heart. Jay, Jason, and all of Shannon\\\'s family, I don\\\'t have the words to tell you how much I thought of Shannon. May we find peace in our hearts knowing she will always be shining down upon us.

I was deeply saddened to learn that Mrs. Ferris had passed; she will always be an iconic part of my childhood. Growing up, I felt like I was a part of the Ferris family (being that I spent so much time with them). I was often over the house visiting Jason, and a few summers I accompanied the Ferris family to Wildwood New Jersey for vacation. I\\\'ll never forget her kindness and her good sense of humor. My thoughts will be with the Ferris family for a long time to come.

When I was growing up it was always an exciting time when the SAW family would come to visit. Shannon was always like a ray of sunshine. She was bubbly, funny and so energetic. After I moved away, I so looked forward to seeing the photos she posted as she lovingly captured family life. Psalm 29:11 is my prayer for you all,\\\"The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.\\\" With love, Judy
