Obituary of Nancy Joyce Cox

" Nancy J. (Alexander) Cox, 66, of Pine Dr. passed away December 11, 2006 at home. Born January 3, 1940 in Concord, NH, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Verna (Elliott) Alexander. Nancy was raised in Bow, NH and moved to Wilbraham in 1972. She was a bus driver for the Hampden-Wilbraham School district for over 30 years and was previously employed at LPVEC School Bus Company in Wilbraham. Nancy enjoyed feeding the birds, working in her yard and home and took great pride in her six grandchildren. She will be missed by her two children, Debra Greenberg and her husband David of Wallingford, CT, Steven Cox and his wife April of Belchertown also by her two sisters Faye Johnson and Linda Nylen both of Bow, NH and will be greatly missed by her beloved friend Charles Berard. She also leaves her cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Brittany and Jennifer Cox, Michael, Daniel and Kaitlyn Greenberg. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4:00-7:00pm at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St., Palmer, MA. A Graveside service will be Saturday at 11:00am at Alexander Cemetery in Bow, NH. Donations may be made in her memory to Quaboag Valley Hospice, 41B Wright St., Palmer, MA 01069. "
