Obituary of Regina M. Hopkins

"Palmer, Regina M. Hopkins, 82, of Mason St., died Friday at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born in Holyoke, May 12, 1924, she lived in Holyoke for many years before moving to Palmer 40 years ago. Regina was a person who loved to shop and take care of her family. She also co-owned “Start of the Mart” at the Brimfield Flea Market. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph N. Hopkins in 1998 and will be sadly missed by her five children Joseph A. and his wife Donna of NC, John D. and his wife Linda of Agawam, Marie Borjeson of Sturbridge, James and his wife Luiza of Brimfield and Valeria Hopkins with whom she lived. She also leaves her granddaughter Tiffany Borjeson. A funeral mass will be Monday, October 30 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Theresa’s Church in S. Hadley, followed by burial in Notre Dame Cemetery, S. Hadley.
