Obituary of Chester A. Wosik

"Three Rivers- Chester A. Wosik, 78, of Barker St., passed away September 15, 2006 at Umass Medical Center in Worcester. Born November 5, 1927, he was the son of the late Jan and Sophie (Mikula) Wosik Broske. Chester has been a lifelong resident of Palmer and was also a member of the AMVETS. He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Navy. Chester retired in 1992 from the Springfield Foundry after many years of employment. He leaves his wife Edna (Mcelwain) of Palmer, a son Chester Jero of TX, and a step-daughter Joanne Masztal of Belchertown. Chester is also survived by his sister Genevieve Kowalik and brother Romuald J. both of Ludlow along with two nephews, Robert and Edward Kowalik. All services will be privately held at Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. "
