Obituary of Marie Frangente

"Wales- Marie (Shaw) Frangente, 84, of Lake George Rd. passed away September 6, 2006 at her home. Born April 7, 1922 in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Emma (Ducharme) Shaw. Marie has lived in Wales since 2002, previously residing in Lawrence. She retired in 1978 from Roby Meier Bicycle Shop, where she worked as a bookkeeper. Marie enjoyed and took much pride in decorating her home. She was predeceased by her husband, James C. Frangente in 2000 and is survived by a son John T. Lahey of NH, her daughter Dale Ann Descoteau of Brimfield along with two grandchildren, James W. Frangente of Salem, NH and Marie T. Cronin and her fiancé Dean, whom lived next door. Marie will be also missed by her beloved great granddaughters, Dale Ann and Hayden as well as her dog Ginger. Marie was the oldest of seven children and is survived by her brother Robert and her sister-in-law Lauren Shaw. Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
