Obituary of James G. Russo

"James. G. Russo, 71, of Shearer St., died Thursday, January 07, at Umass Medical Center. Born in Palmer, April 26, 1938, he was the son of the late Joseph M. and Concetta (Scrima) Russo and has lived in Palmer all of his life. He was a truck driver and equipment operator for various companies before retiring. He is survived by a daughter Tina Russo of Port St. John, FL, his brother Joseph R., and his wife Jacqueline of Somers, CT, and sister Marjorie Pascale of Monson, granddaughter, Renata Russo Hudgins, an uncle Michael Russo of Palmer, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 9 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. A calling hour will precede the service from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. For those wishing, donations may be made in his memory to Shriner's Hospital, Carew St, Springfield. "
