Obituary of Jessica Victoria Martins

"Jessica V. Martins, 19, died peacefully on Sunday, October 25 with her family by her side. Born in Northampton, September 13, 1990, she was the daughter of John Martins of Ludlow, and Vicky (LaClair) Martins of Belchertown. Jessica has lived in Belchertown since 1996, attended Belchertown Schools and was a member of the Belchertown Congregational Church. Besides her parents, she will be deeply missed by her brother Wesley, step dad Glenn Auffrey, step sister Kayla Auffrey and step brother Kyle Auffrey, with whom she lived. She also leaves her maternal grandparents Ervin and Lorraine LaClair of Hadley, and paternal grandparents Adolfo and Amalia Martins of Portugal. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive her. A service to remember her life will be Friday, October 30 at 11:00 a.m. in the Belchertown Congregational Church, Park St, Belchertown, followed by burial in South Cemetery, Mill Valley Road, Route 181, Belchertown. Calling hours are Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home, 10 Maple St., (Rte 202).
