I recall with appreciation the help and support that Carole gave me when I was a staff psychiatrist at Providence Hospital. I can still picture in my mind's eye her cozy little office on the fifth floor. She will be missed.

To Carole's family and friends, Please accept my condolences. I am very sad to hear of Carole's passing. I met Carole as a Consultant at Providence Hospital several years ago. Since then we would periodically be in touch by email. Carole was very kind and supportive to me and made my days easier with her humor. She was also very dedicated to the Hospital and its patients. She will be greatly missed. Jeff Eagle

Memories of Carole are overwhelming. Carole offered so much to so many, including the diverse population of disabled individuals to whom she devoted her career. Her mere presence was uplifting and warmly welcoming. Carole's loss of leadership from the mental health system in Holyoke/Chicopee leaves a wide gap. May her family receive the strength they need to move forward at this time of great loss. I will miss Carole daily but also I will think of her fondly and those memories will be ones I cherish. David, my condolences to you and Matt.
