Obituary of Anita D. Zastawski -Cote

" Anita D. Zastawski Cote, 86, of Jabish St., died on September 30, 2009 at home. Born July 1, 1923 in Holyoke, MA, daughter of George and Regina (Perreault) Genereux. Anita worked as a monitor for Vanderpool in Three Rivers, MA. She was a member of the Belchertown Senior Center, The Moose Lodge, Red Hats Society and a communicant of St. Francis Church. She is survived by a son Wayne Zastawski of Alabaster, AL, step daughter Elaine Jurkowski of Chicopee, stepson Earl Cote of Bradington FL. She also leaves two grandsons, Keith L. Mock of Westland, MI and Martin E. Mock of Stuart, Iowa, three great grandchildren Jennifer, Daniel, Kristian and Cody. She also leaves two nieces Jeanne Nadle, Diane Lawson, grand niece Anne Marie McDonald and her best friend Anita Jarrett. Anita was preceded in death by her husbands Edward Zastawski and Louis Cote, daughter Linda Mock and her brother Donald Genereux. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Church. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery in South Hadley. A Calling hour will be Monday from 9:30 10:30 a.m at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Mass Elder Care or Belchertown Senior Center."
