"Pembroke Pines, FL- Albert A. Fitts, 91, of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away January 27, 2005. He has lived in Florida for the past 2 years, previously residing in Belchertown. He was born July 21, 1913 in Amherst, MA . Albert was employed and retired from Quabbin Reservoir in 1972. Albert was the beloved husband of the late Doris (Kuzmeski) Fitts, dear father to son Jack and his wife Donna of Pembroke Pines, FL and daughter Shirley of Westfield, MA. Loving grandfather to Jack and Amy. A caring uncle that leaves behind his sister Elizabeth Ashley and several nieces and nephews. Albert was a loving person who touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all. Albert's family will receive family and friends on Monday from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
