Obituary of Monroe Heck

"Monroe F. Heck, 81, formerly of Belchertown and Wales, died Tuesday, September 22 at a local nursing home. Born in Wales, he was the son of the late Forest and Iola (Bristol) Heck. He spent many years in Wales and worked as a farmer before his retirement. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sybil Heck and is survived by his former wife Judy Patterson of Kansas. He also leaves three children, Frederick Heck and Marylou Wheeler of Kansas and Bruce Heck of Belchertown, along with his 5 grandchildren, Christina, Joshua, Sarah, Fred, Jr. and Jeremiah. All services will be private and Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. For those wishing donations may be made to American Heart Association. "
