My thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember Velma from KHS. She always had a smile on her face and was so kind. What a brave woman to battle for so long. I'm happy that her struggle is over but sad knowing how much you will miss her. God Bless you all.

Dave, Jen, Amy, and Tyler I am so sorry to hear about Velma. I will miss seeing her in the hall at the hospital, stopping by and saying "hi" to everyone. It is nice to see such a close family. Velma will be missed tremendously by everyone. She is quite a lady, she put a smile on everyone she met. We need more people like her in this world. And now we have our very own guardian angle up there for us.

Velma was one of the most strongest people I've ever known. Every challenge that god gave her she fought it head on. She was a big inspiration to my mother when she was sick. Truly amazing! My mother, her Aunt, loved her so much! I know she was right there with Aunt Mary and Connie to greet her home. God bless you all, I wish I could say it gets easier in time, but I haven't found that time yet and its been over two years. Just go on knowing she is not in any pain no more. She will always live on in your hearts and memories. Love Sonya,Carlton, Kevin & familys (Aunt Winnie's family)

Dear Jenny and family, I was saddened to read of the passing of your mom. Although we didn't see each other often, we always caught up on the news when we would see each other, usually at Walmart. She was a very good woman and will be sadly missed. I just read about it today and I read her wake was yesterday. I would have come to pay my respects. I'll always remember that no matter how hard her life was with her illnesses, she always had a big smile for me. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. She will be remembered. Sincerely, Penny Pellegri
