Obituary of Spence J. Rivers

"Palmer- Spence J. Rivers, 56, of the Bondsville section of Palmer died December 13 at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born in Palmer, MA September 2, 1948, he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Josephine (Blazek) Rivers. Spence has lived in Palmer for all of his life and has worked at Creative Chemicals for the past 32 years. He is survived by a brother Lance Rivers and his wife Janet of Palmer, two nephews James Rivers and his wife Christine of Palmer, and Paul Rivers and his wife Michele of Hope Mills, N.C. He also leaves two grandnephews Nicholas and Thomas and a grandniece Tessa. A memorial service will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. "
