Darlene, You will always be remembered as a woman filled with life, love and wit - always with a smile on your face and an eagerness for laughter. You will always hold a special place in my heart you even though I've known you for only too brief a time. We always looked forward to seeing you and Ron at the girls basketball games. The love, enjoyment and pride you held for Kaitlin made you beam like a beacon of light. We will miss your smile, your laughter, your lightheartedness, your company.

Dear Dottie,Ron,Kaitlin, & all of Darlene's loved ones, Our prayers are with you for comfort and peace in your sorrow. May the words from Psalm 121 offer you some hope: "My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth...The Lord will guard you from all evil, will always guard your life. The Lord will guard your coming and going both now and forever." May Darlene's guardian angel show her her new home for she is totally in our Lord's hands now. May your angels guide you and help you see all the beauty and love Darlene has given each of you. In God's Hands, Lynne Miller Lou Gomez

My Dear Darlene, As I write this message to you, I find it impossible to believe that you will not be reading it and sending me back one of your typically humorous, witty and uplifting responses. Over the years, we shared a unique bond of friendship that was filled with laughter, tears, and words of comfort during difficult times. No matter what the circumstances, you were always there for me. You were the sister I always dreamed of having. I will carry the memory of you in my soul for the remainder of my days. I miss you so much my beautiful sister. Love forever, Nanc

I just happened on this notice and am so, so sorry for your loss. We lost touch many years ago when we moved from western Mass. I fondly remember Darlene as a warm and fun person with a quick comeback and a great laugh.
