Sharlene will be greatly missed in the cribbage world ... and in everyones life that she touched. She was a great friend and I wish we had more cribbage tournaments that we could have been together at. She has the highest cribbage card in ACC history for a 22 game - I hope her name stays with it for a very long time. My thoughts and prayers are for Bill and the family. Brock

Sharlene brought such happiness and contentment to Billy. He was so proud of her, both for her considerable cribbage talents and her upbeat spirit. He always found a way to brag about her, usually out of admiration (remember that 20/22 +501??). I only met her several times, but she was friendly, open. and genuine. Billy, your life was better for having met her and better for having the good sense to marry her. Going forward, let those sweet memories fuel the next chapter of your life. Here's wishing , for you, all good grace and fortune.

Mom, Where do I begin....As I sit here drinking "my" coffee, (your favorite, no coconut creamer though...lol), as opposed to anyone elses, lol, tears rolling down my face, I know you are watching me from above, wanting me to be strong, so I'm going to do my best for you. You spent your whole life doing for me, making sure that I, as well as everyone around you, had everything we could possibly want, and you succeeded. Everything is nothing without you though. I will, until the day I die, and am with you again, fight to keep your memory alive. Not a day will go by that I won't think of you, and I hope you will always be with me. Anyone who knew either of us knew what an important part of each others lives were to each other. You were more than a mother, you were my best friend and I hope you know how much I love you. Many will try, but no one will ever be able to replace you in my heart, but don't you worry, your little boy will be just fine! My only comfort is that you are reunited with Gram, our other best friend, and Cracker and Gramps too....I love you Mom!

To My Family, Auntie Sharlene was one of the greatest woman alive; and we all know that. We have to be strong though just like she was for us; thats how she would want us to be. No one in the world can replace the aunt, wife, mother, sister daughter or friend she was. She was such a caring person and was always trying to help me with my teenage problems and many times she did. Always looking out for other people was her way of life and many people learned from her. I can't believe this all happened so fast. I'll never forget her and i'm always thinking about all the fun we had together and all the bic macs we ate :] she was more than an aunt she was a best friend. I'll miss her and love her every single day of my life. She's in a better place now with grandma, grandpa and all the doggies. She knew how much we all loved her and thats all she needed was love and her family. I love you all very much.

I can't express enough how I feel and I hope that you will, with time, let go of the sorrow and remember and keep close to your heart the wonderful memories that you both shared. None of us know how long we have, but I'll bet you and your mother enjoyed every moment you both had together and that is something that you will always remember. My dearest friend, my confidante, my mentor, my big sister, where do I start? How I miss you already and how hard is this for me. We will never again hope the boys go to Charlie's or go for a massage and shopping and eating or hangout just watching movies and ordering in or the million other things we did. I know up there you are having all of heaven laughing and you are playing cribbage already. I know you've scoped out all the malls and the places to eat. From the first Reno trip til the last time i saw, you have been so very important thru the ups and downs in my life. I will miss you so much in my life and I am very thankful that God gave us the time together that he did. I will never forget you and you will always live in my heart. I love you...And, don't worry, I won't let Bill fall over my shoes, unless you see it from heaven.
