Dear Pelott Family, I only recently heard of your loss and was so sorry I did not offer my condolences in 2009. I have very fond memories of my years working closely with Elizabeth. Some of the recipes that have become favorites of family and friends came from Elizabeth, and I think of her each time I make them. Her generosity was always so appreciated and I remember her happiest when she was helping those who came through her office door. With deepest sympathy, Cary Bender

I am in deep grief at the loss of Elizabeth........"Betty". There were three Musketeers, Annie, Betty and Patsy! Annie and Betty are with God, that I am sure. I just hope they remember I am the oldest, not fair, wait for me or should I say pray for me. I really miss you. I know you are in a better place. Pray for me! Elizabeth and I spent much time talking. I will miss her! I always thought of her as beautiful Betty!!! and that she was! Her love was sincere! I will miss you sister dear. Patsy

Elizabeth walked into the women's center where I worked 27 years ago. We continued working together for many years. We will always cherish the times we spent together--at work and play. She was a brilliant counselor and a genuine friend. We will miss her but we'll always remember how she touched our lives and how she contributed to making the world a better place.

We were saddened to hear of Lizbeth's passing. She brought a lot of joy and fun to our lives. Her beautiful smile and gracious personality were always a welcome addition to our parties, as was her famous shrimp dip. I will always remember how much fun she had on our boat, with her back to the wind, and her hair flying in the breeze. God bless her and your family. We send our love.
