I want to express to Joe's family what a nice person and good friend he was to my husband and I. He taught Jim how to make some great home made kielbasa. We had many fun times doing this and he always enjoyed coming to our house in Three Rivers to enjoy the flowers that we planted in the summer. We all met at Monson Dev. Center years ago where we worked in the kitchen. I have some wonderful pictures and memories of all of us. Joe will be missed. I am sorry that he never got to see our home in Maine. God bless. Wish we could be there for support.

Joe was a good friend of mine, we shared some great times together. He would be waiting in my backyard for me to get home, and while he waited he would cut and split fire wood and stack it next to my smoker. When I'd get home and see him and what he did, I knew right away what his thoughts were, He wanted me to make kielbasa's with him. I think we shared the same enthusiasm for this! I seen in Joe's personality some of the same traits that I had, that was are love of the outdoors, nature and of course making kielbasa.Sincs I moved to Maine there has been many things in Three Rivers that I do not miss, but there are a few things I have missed greatly, and one of those is the fun times I shared with Joe.I miss his freindship, his honesty and the many things he's tought me about life. I loved to listen to his stories about his growing up, his family life and how they had to endure during some tuff times, in a not so hospitible time in history. I learned some important values about life from Joe that I will never forget, thank you Joe. To me Joe is the definition of what a true friend is all about, and I will always have a special place in my heart for him. I have a empty feeling knowing Joe is gone, and I feel part of me is gone also! Joe you will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Thanks for everything and Im so glad you were part of my life :-) With Love from your good friend, Jim

To Mr. and Mrs. Bigos, and all friends that were able to come to the funeral home as well to those that could not make it: Thank you! We were all lucky and honored to know and share good moments in our lifes with Uncle Joe. His big, generous heart, honest smile, sense of humor and wisdom will stay with us forever. Goodbye Joe, thank you for everything you did for us, and thank you, my friends for remebering one of the last "free man" in this world. Robert, Agata, Alex & Mark Siedlewski.
