Obituary of Norman J. LeBlanc

"Belchertown, Norman J. LeBlanc, 75, of Pine Valley Plantation, died Saturday, February 7 at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. Born in Somersville, CT, October 7, 1933, he moved to Belchertown in 1994. He served his country during Korea in the Army. He worked in the mechanical field for over 30 years, retiring as the service manager for Daigle's Steer – o -Master in Springfield. He is survived by four children, Linda Tedone of Belchertown, Norman J. LeBlanc Jr. and Douglas LeBlanc both of Enfield, CT, and William LeBlanc of Somers, CT. He also leaves a sister Elaine Connors, of Ellington, CT, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He also leaves the love of his life, Helen (Reuther) LeBlanc of Hadley. Besides his parents, a granddaughter Shannon Tedone (2003) and a brother Robert LeBlanc preceded him in death. Funeral services will be Thursday February 12 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 34 Jarvis Ave, Holyoke followed by burial with military honors in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Enfield. Calling hours are Wednesday, February 11 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the BEERS & STORY SOUTH HADLEY FUNERAL HOME, 646 Newton St., (Rte. 116).
