Obituary of Olande Mildred Lewis

" Olande “Millie” (Oligny) Lewis, 78, a lifelong resident of Palmer., died December 18, 2003 in Wingate at Wilbraham Nursing Home. Millie worked as an L.P.N. and retired from Monson Developmental Center after 25 years of service. She was predeceased by her husband Louis J. Lewis in January 1988. She is survived by three daughters Mary Abare and her husband Edward of Vero Beach, Fl, Patricia Miller and her husband Jack of Stuart, Fl and Virgel Fedora and her husband Joseph of Belchertown. She also leaves 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Monday at 11:00am in St. Thomas Church, with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery in Palmer. Calling hours will be Monday from 9:30-10:30am at the Beers and Story Palmer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Quaboag Valley Hospice, 42B Wright St., Palmer, MA 01069. "
