Obituary of Clarence J. Pikul

"Palmer-Clarence J. Pikul, Sr. of Flynt St., passed away December 9, 2008 at Wing Memorial Hospital. Born in Palmer on July 23, 1920, son of the late John M. and Bronistawa S. (Wegiel) Pikul. Clarence served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army and was an electrician for over 42 years for various construction companies. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 63 years, Theresa M. (Beauchemin) along with his children, Joyce Piechota and Eugene of Palmer, John and Kathleen of Palmer, Betty Gatesman and Thomas of Palmer, James and Brenda of Hardwick, and Steven and Lee Ann of Palmer. Clarence also leaves grandchildren Todd, Tracie and Paul Fradet, Emily, Evan and Catherine, Matthew and Kimberly, Katie, Joey and Dennis, and great grandchildren Eva and Amelia Fradet. He is also survived by his siblings, Anthony of MN, Chester and George of Palmer, Felix of FL, and Julia Lord of ME. Clarence was predeceased by his brothers Martin and Edward. Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. to process to St. Anne's Church for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palmer Senior Center, or VNA and Hospice. "
