I always thought of my uncle Leo as a "quiet hero." He was a truly great, great man. He will definitely be missed.

My favorite memory of Leo was when he and Jackie were visiting us one year in CA. After a full morning of sightseeing, we stopped at an ocean side restaurant for lunch. When we finished and were on our way back to the car, Leo started stripping off his clothes and ran toward the shore. Without telling anyone he had put his bathing suit on under his clothes and was determined to dive into the Pacific Ocean before going back home to MA. He was a quiet mannered man on the outside with a beautifully happy sole on the inside. He will be greatly missed.

We are so sorry for your loss. Leo was always a great source of knowledge and info at the baseball games. Without him we would have never known the inning or scores. Please know you are in our thoughts & prayers. Joe, Sue, Adam & Kelsey Marini

Leo was a very kind and gentle man. I have many fond memories of him. My favorite was on a winter day when Nick was about five. I pulled up to the house to pick Nick up and saw the two of them standing out front next to a seven foot snowman they had built together. The pride and joy on their faces as they showed it to me was priceless. He was a wonderful man and I will miss him dearly.
