Obituary of Roger L. Trombly

"Palmer-On September 16, 2008, surrounded by his loving family, Roger L. Trombly, 78, of Maple St., was called home by God to a better place to meet with his beloved wife Gertrude (White), loving parents Peter and Mary (Dobiss) Trombly, and sweet and beautiful sister Judi. Roger will be greatly missed by his siblings, Lowell Trombly and his wife Kay of Chicago, Sheila Trombly with whom he lived, Kent Trombly and his wife Joan of Wilbraham, Janet Cronwell and her husband Jack of GA, Joy Hannum and her husband Frank of Palmer, Wayne Trombly and his wife Susan of Monson along with his step son Clifford Nulph and his wife Martha of Monson. He will also be greatly missed by three grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home Saturday at 12:00 p.m. to process to St. Thomas Church for a 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial with burial to follow in the parish cemetery. Flowers are accepted and donations may be made in his memory to the Shriners Hospital, 516 Carew St., Springfield, MA 01104. "
