Obituary of T. James Collins

"Palmer, T. James Collins, 70, died Wednesday, May 7 at his home. Born in Palmer, July 8, 1937, he was the son of the late Robert and Helen (Pfunder) Collins. A lifelong resident of Palmer, he was a graduate of Palmer High School. He worked for H.P. Cummings Construction in Ware for 25 years before retiring. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 50 years, Julia (Gero) Collins along with his children Jacquelyn and Eric Collins. He also leaves his precious grandsons Jonathan and Robert as well as a brother Robert of Amherst. Besides his parents, his siblings Virginia Sangermano, Daisy Gardner, William Collins, and Irwin Collins preceded him in death. Funeral services for were Monday, May 12th at 12:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St. followed by burial in Four Corners Cemetery.
