Obituary of Lois M. Taylor

"Palmer, Lois M. (Wunsch) Taylor, 72 of Ware Rd. died peacefully on Tuesday with her family by her side. Born in Framingham, November 24, 1935 she has lived in Palmer since she was 17 years old. A 50-year member of the Second Congregational Church, Lois was active in many of the church's activities. She loved gardening, was a fabulous cook, and was most of all devoted to her family. Professionally, she worked at the Wing Memorial Hospital for 35 years as an LPN. Her husband Raymond died in 1984. She will be deeply missed by her four daughters, Cheryl Osterman of Sutton, Susan Taylor with whom she lived, Diane Nelson of Three Rivers and Dawn Philbrook of Dudley. Her 6 precious grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren will also miss their "Nana". She also leaves a brother Edward Wunsch of Hinsdale, NH and many loving friends. Funeral services will be Friday, April 25 at 11:00 a.m. in the Second Congregational Church followed by burial in Oak Knoll Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Beers & Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 N. Main St, (Rte. 20).
